This lifestyle blog came from my experience with chronic illness and just wanting to FEEL BETTER. I've been through doctors, surgeries, diets, and more. I found that eating a plant based diet has helped me tremendously, BUT guess what!? I'm human. I go through ups and downs. I have times that I just want to eat a big piece of cake from wherever I want, and don't get me started on exercise! Exercise is great, when your body decides to fight with you instead of against you. I'm still learning to modify so that I don't over do it and make myself bed bound for the next few days.
If you're perfectly imperfect like I am, then come on this journey with me. Fight for yourself and learn what it means to be you. If you have a loved one with a chronic illness, I hope to give you some insight on what they are going through.
